Creating Collaborative Spaces

Common Ground is more than just a beautiful place to work in--it was designed to build collaborative communities at each venue. Guided by what they call the "Five Lifestyle Pillars" of their brand--excitement, friendship & family, convenience, productivity, and progression--Common Ground embraces the idea of co-creation through co-worker involvement.

Through these pillars, Common Ground has become one of the fastest growing co-working space providers in the South-East Asian region, with over 2,000 members in their network.

A brainchild of Erman Akinci and Juhn Teo, Common Ground has become the venue by which the founders show us how closely listening to the needs of the market and tailoring their services to customers has allowed them to stand out in the crowded co-working field even in the face of competition from strong local incumbents and global competitors.

Beyond gaining them customers, Akinci and Teo’s thought leadership in the field has helped them earn the confidence of investors, placing them in a position to continue their rapid growth in the region.
